The College Tuition Scholarship application form for 2025-2026 will be available beginning on December 16, 2024. The submission deadline for the application with required transcript is due on or before March 31, 2025.

Overview

Since 2010, The Leon N. Weiner Education Foundation Scholarship program has been granting college scholarships to aspiring students who have demonstrated initiative, talent, skill, and need. The Scholarships help pay for tuition as well as books, computers, and other related college expenses.

ELIGIBILITY

A US citizen or legal resident of the US
A resident of a property owned, in full or in part, by Leon N. Weiner and Associates or managed by Arbor Management, LLC
A senior at, or a graduate of, a public or private high school, or a recipient of a GED certificate, or currently enrolled in an accredited college or university
A minimum GPA of 2.0 with no failing grades

Must be in good standing

IN GOOD STANDING

For a resident to be eligible to apply for and receive LNWEF scholarship funds, either for him/herself or for any other person residing in his/her apartment, such resident must be in “good standing.” Good standing is defined as (1) current on all rents and fees due on his/her apartment; (2) no outstanding litigation or arbitration actions between the tenant and his/her landlord; and (3) no additional concerns presented by apartment management.

Instructions

All applicants must submit a fully completed on-line application.
High School Seniors must submit an official sealed transcript for grades 10 and 11 and the first semester of grade 12 as well as SAT or ACT scores.
All other applicants must submit an official sealed transcript of their college experience to date as well as GRE scores where applicable.
Late or incomplete applications will not be considered.
